Hi guys, I know htere have been a thousand questions about reforms but I couldnt find an answer to this by seaching neither in the faqs.
In the faqs you find the requirements for some factional reforms but do they require ALSO the march of time event?
Plus: Which faction besides the celts, sweboz, romans, seleukids, hay, pahlav and carthage can get a reform ( in this case: tied to the march of time event)
MOT: It says in the faq that the romans have to build one huge city in italy. I thought it was rome+another italian city have to become huge... whats right now?
Thanks and sorry if this is clarified elsewhere.

1) No, you do not need MoT for scripted reforms.
2) The Saka, but theirs is not tied to the MoT.
3) IIRC they have to build a huge city in one of their homelands, apart from Rome itself.

Thank you so far. About 2):
This is what I got from the faq after the scripted eventswhich are for the factions: celts, sweboz, romans, seleukids, hay, pahlav and carthage:
Other Reforms:
All other factional reform units are tied to the "March or Time" event (Vanilla Marian Reform) which requires the Romans to build a huge city in central Italy to trigger. This is just an arbitrary time delay.
If you are right, then no faction need the MOT event...?

The factions in the first half of your post need the player to do something, all listed in the FAQ. They don't need MOT
The other factions simply need to not kill the Romani, and they will get their reforms. They need MOT, but you don't do anything other than wait.

A couple of factions have units unlocked by the MoT event: Macedonian refromed phalangites, KH phalangites, Pontic and Bactrian bodyguard upgrades.

Good to know, thanks!
To sum up: celts, sweboz, romans, seleukids, hay, pahlav and carthage need the requirements mentioned in the faq to get the reforms. No mot required. (the requirements for the ai are a bit easier I guess?)
Macs, KH, Pontos, Baktria and Saka get "lesser" reforms only requiring the mot (or the Saka dont? Its just happening???)
Thank you again.
Saka's reform requirments are in the FAQ... :P
Edit
Saka: 1
-You must hold Baktra, Marakanda, Alexandreia Eschate, Antiocheia Margiane, Alexandria Ariana or Taksashila for 4 consecutive winters.
