Hello, i started playing EB again after i saw 1.2 was ready.

I started a campaign as the saba/sab'yn and:

1. My family member general doesn't have a sword during battles.

2. The suitors for my daughters don't have one of the 3 sets of traits (they have the sharp/charismatic/loyal one but not the other)

What could be the problem?

Thanks!

Don't know about the swords but it is normal that suitors only gain the second base trait set after having been married for one turn.
Try looking at it from this perspective:
You don't know whether they are going to be selfish/optimistic/disloyal or unselfish/pessimistic/loyal before you get to know them a bit better... Which in this case requires them to belong to your family, live in your palaces for a while.

1) It's a known R:TW bug, not an EB one. Officers lose their weapon if their unit has expended it's ammo.

2) As Nachtmeister says, you won't know this until they are adopted. However, you can often take a guess by looking at his other traits. This will also give you an idea of how intelligent, charismatic and energetic he is: there are six levels of each of the six personality traits, but the trait screen only shows the broad trend.
