Minimod wish/idea

Hello all

I have an idea and wish for two minimods, to tackle CTDs:
- no rebellions for 1 turn and
- kill faction

I'd make them myself, but I don't know how. Any help would be very much appreciated :2thumbsup:

It is impossible to turn off rebellions.
