Q: Do the Lustonannan get reforms as a result of the march of time event? If so, what are the changes?

Just wondering, because I'm getting close to the point where I might want to attack the Romani, but don't want to reduce the population of all their cities in Italy if the reforms are dependent on that.

No, unfortunately they do not.

Thanks boss.

Another question: There are a number of territories south and east of the Sweboz which have large tough eleutheroi armies and commanders. If a faction conquers one of those provinces, but is subseqently ejected from the territory, will the big armies re-appear if the territory is held by the eleutheroi again?

No, I think that if you take the settlements once, the scrit will keep the armie from spawning again. Or, they will spawn, but never do anything. I don't quite remember.
