Completed RTI campaign in 1803, now what?

Ok, is 1803, and I just conquered the 22 provinces and the required regions, I get a congratulations announce but nothing happens. I need to play until 1810 in order to get a video or something??

Yup, hold on untill 1810 and you'll get your video and an option to keep on playing.
