[Tool] Descr_Strat Name Validator

Well, since this kind of programs are really easy to make and none apparently exist on the site, I figured I'd release another: descr_strat.txt Character name validator

This might be useful if you are creating a new campaign or something:

Just put it into your RTW/mymod/ folder and it will prompt for the campaign folder where your descr_strat is. Really useful debugging tool for people who create new campaigns.

I ran into a slight error with some of the names. Apparently, I had a name Harmon, which was not present under ownerships, but the name Harmonia was, so the name was 'OK'd.
The DS Name Validator will now skip all commented out lines and also trim the end of each name, to ensure it is indeed the correct one. This should solve most of your problems with names

I am currently facing an error with desc_strat, so I was looking around for a solution. Found this great tool but but I can't seem to download the file, could you upload another link to the download?
