I can't recruit this unit. :no: I remember that you normally should simply receive it upon construction your maximum level MIC with the Seleucids, but although it appears in the list of recruitable units, it doesn't appear amongst the icons of recruitable units so I'm left confused.
Has anything changed here? Is it tied to some reform? Marian (vanilla)? Cataphract Reform?
