Ok so I am building a new computer and have the need of a cheap motherboard. Sad part is i only have 70$

I need it to fit these 3 parts.

GeForce GTS 250 512MB Core Edition 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150357)

AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 Kuma 2.7GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache 2MB L3 Cache Socket AM2+ (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103300)(edit: Posted wrong card.)

OCZ Fatal1ty Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227364)

Problem is most boards I'm looking at are micro, and I don't think that I'll be able to fit that video card on it without blocking all my IDE ports.(I don't use sata for reason unbeknownst to me)

So I'm in a pickle. I have a new video card new ram and a new cpu, but my current motherboard is Socket 939.(I bought it like 2 days[seriously] before AM2 was announced)

(Edit: ok I seem to have lost my way in the prowess of searching a data base. I found 2 MB's but if any one can recommend a better one, please by all means do so.)

Looking at these two

Foxconn A78AX-S AM2+/AM2 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813186147)

BIOSTAR TForce TF720 A2+ AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA nForce 720a ATX AMD Motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138117)

This one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813135075) fits in your price range and got a lot of good reviews. I think it will work with your proc.

If you want to go with a better-known brand, this one (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131340) is only slightly over your budget. Asus generally has good quality, and unlike a lot of small electronics manufacturers they offer reasonable support.
