Is forced diplomacy savegame compatible? Also when i fight a battle, the blue thing on the mini map goes haywire and gets all over the map so when ever you move on the map, the blue thing sticks so you can't see the enemy's units on the mini map.

Yes, FD is save game compatible.

The blue 90 degree angle that shows which part of the battle map u r viewing.
