Changing longbow stats

Can someone please tell me where and how to change the longbow stats?

Longbows generally go by bodkin arrow (as per EDU, though there are a few exceptions where you can basically change the arrow type for each archer unit to uniform what you personally see as a longbow) so in the projectile file change the accuracy etc for that value and its flaming value.
