I´ve just appliedthe new patch and im getting NO MONEY from taxes? is this correct with the new patch?

It seems to be a bug with other people as well.

Have you installed or modded any files at all? new mod packs, new startpos.esf or anything?

How to fix the problem:

Remove all mod files and delete the startpos.esf file and the patch.pack file.
Delete The Creative Assembly user data folder
Use Steam, properties > verify installation
Wait
Profit.

It means all the current mods are out of date and don't work at the moment. Unless they been updated since, then yes.
