You can change the URL avatar by going to your Control Panel.

Edit your Profile > Url Avatar (bottom of the page).

It may only be available to members, not to junior members.

Just hang in there for a while, post constructive and you too will get your 40 virgins and URL avatar.

Your main avatar can only be from .Org, but there is that URL avatar that is displayed on your profile page.

It can also be displayed with your posts if you check a certain option in the user profile. Get your facts straight. :smash:

No. That is not true at all. I've tried it; doesn't work. It just makes everyone have some weird japanese avatar thing and not show their normal ones.

There are two avatars on this forum, the default avatar (the little boxed one, that is TW themed only) and the URL avatar.

The URL avatar has a default one, just like the normal avatar, but is able to be much bigger, and (I believe) on any topic. You can also disable viewing them, as I have. For me, they just take up too much room, the default one is ugly (IMO) and I don't want to waste my bandwith on them.

The URL avatars are an optional way to express yourself, while the normal avatars are the ones that bind us together. WE ARE LEGION.

whoa whoa what the hell? I'm jewish! I can't be legion!

and I agree: the default one that everyone has is very ugly. I think if everyone used URL avatars and posted their own, it would be better. but since at max only a few use it...its kinda pointless.
