third age total war questions

i was banned from TWC for no good reason(they said i created an alt, but i just moved in), so i can't post questions there. i have some questions about 2 mods there and i need someone to answer them, or go over there and ask so i can get an answer.

3rd age total war:

is it mod foldered?
will it work with retrofit mod?
will it work with retrofit mod and grand unit add-on mod?

will it work with 3rd age total war?
