Yeah, that is a very common mistake people make. But hey, few people know what "Roma Victrix" means and almost all know what "Roma Victor" is.

I have read all there is online about that game, and I suppose it is OK. I always read all there is before getting a game, even though a demo will tell me if I like the game or not. I have not played that MMORPG however, and do wish someone who did would share with us.

Hmmm, well, I like detailed games. Hey, if you guys want real realism, try WWII Online (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_War_II_Online). The developers made it strictly for niche market. It is exceedingly hard to play, takes months to learn, but is practically 100% realistic. Its level of depth is truly stunning.

However, if I ever played a MMORPG, it would be WoW. Everquest II appeals to me because of it realistic graphics, but after going through my usual research of a game, I realised that WoW is simply, well, wow. It has everything I would want in MMORPG except realism. Despite this, I am not going to play it, because it is so addicting. And I loathe fantasy with a passion, having never read Fantasy books or played RPG games for pleasure (I have sampled a few just to see what it is like).



Thank you very much for input, Cadwalader. Can you please go on, if that is not too much? I would really like to hear more about the game. Now, I have researched it quite a bit, so keep that in mind. That said, others do not know much about it, so speak freely I suppose.

There's not much to say, really. I stopped playing two years ago or somesuch, so I don't know much about the current state of the game. The community was pretty good and helpfull, with the exception of some assholes who loved to kill people while they were logging in/out and the like. You have to walk or run to get somewhere, which might take 5 minutes or several hours, and wild animals can make you have to start all over again. The "afterlife" was a huge field, in which you had to locate some man to get back among the living.

The crafting system and economy is pretty good; you can make almost anything. Fighting, on the other hand.. training is a lot of work, and the system is very simple. Also, most people don't wear armour in battle because it tends to break and is worth a lot of cash. Again, that's how the game was like when I played it.

To be fair, they aren't they only ones with grammatically incorrect grammar in their title; however, a quick flip through a dictionary would have prevented it.

I was interested in the game some time ago. After reading reviews I understood that virtually unfinished product was shipped to the market, there also was an obvious lack of desire or resources by the dev team to properly finish the game. After that I lost interest and stopped following it.
