Well I'm playing a Pahlavan Campaign atm and just now one of my warmonger FMs conquered Pura. Now while at destroying non pahlavi Barracks i found a "local conscription" for Pahlava only which i find rather intriguing as I have to go though the rather time-consuming process of building an Reformed government(i actually have started building a RG in Hektatompylos :) ) to get a native MIC afaik.

so is this:
a) a historical feature
b) a gameplay feature
c) a bug

and what's more important: does this lead to problems?

thanks in advance.

thanks for quick reply but: I know i can build it there but i was suprised that there was one already built there without a pahlavan government. so it's just like the greek MIC in Emporion? I thought Pahlava would make a difference there but well, aslong as it does not cause CTDs I'm rather happy with training those low tier Pahlavi units :D.
