Hello, Forum

In my Romani (EB 1.2) campaign I finally reached the Imperial period - in the year 140 BC, although I read in the FAQ´s that the Imperial Reforms will happen at least 125 BC !!! How is this possible?

I directly started to recruit the Imperial units and simultaneously dissolved my Marian cohorts... also the Marian First Cohorts. In the Marian area I had Legions I-XV in active service. And now the Imperial First Cohorts are numbered as "Legion XVI - ...".

I held that the numbers of the First Cohorts will start again at "Legion I" as soon as the Imperial unjits are available.
Is the continuative numbering of the Imperial First Cohorts a bug or is it intended?

Furthermore, I ascertained that most of the Marian units (except the Cohorts and the First Cohorts) are available in my MICS anymore. Is this also projected? I thought that all Marian units will be displaced by the "new" Imperials.

Thank you in advance for your replies.

Best regards,
Marcel

Is the continuative numbering of the Imperial First Cohorts a bug or is it intended? The game engine assigns legion numbers by counting the numbered units raised in each province. It doesn't distinguish among different types of numbered units, so there's no way for it to begin re-numbering Imperial First Cohorts when they become available.

I thought that all Marian units will be displaced by the "new" Imperials. No, that's not the case.
