After repairing a numantia tavern after taking over a city in Iberia. The tavern description says "WARNING! THIS TEXT SHOULD NEVER APPEAR ON SCREEN!" Is this just some minor bug?

using Alex.exe 1.2 with all fixes.

definetly a minor bug. Nothing to worry about.
