Have you installed the fixes?
Does it crash immediately after pressing end turn or during the turn of another faction?
Are there any settlements about to rebel?
did you check if there's a settlement that's about to rebel? When I have a ctd its usually because of this.
use toggle_fow and check all the settlements (not only your own) if they're about to rebel and then use the add_population cheat to lower the population so the city doesn't rebel
see if this helps...

hey, thank you very much for quick answers, i'll try it and write again.
@Mediolanicus: - no, just the original EB 1.2
- can i use the fixes although my running campaign?
- it crashes during the turn of another faction

Install the fixes, retroactive means "works back", means it works on running campaigns.
AFAIK all the fixes are save game compatible.
I'm guessing this could be a reform marker spawn problem...

could be, cause my i just fulfilled my reform-conditions 1 or 2 turns before

But do install the fixes! You need them.
And about Byzantion, is the KH dead? (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showpost.php?p=2249673&postcount=1)
