Problem with recruiting troops in Pontic homelands

In my Pontic Campaign I have taken several provinces that I have been able to build homeland goverments in. I have deleted the former barracks and recruitment of foriegn natives buildings that were in these provinces when I took them. I then built my own. However, in some of them thet I have a type one government in I am not able to produce any factional units (such as eastern skirmishers) so I am wondering if this is an error with my version of the game, or is there an actual reason?

If it is only cheap units like Eastern Skirmishers, then I believe that is because you get those from the regional barracks, not the factional ones.

If it is the elite units as well, then I have no idea.

I'm also kind if stucked with the pontic units AOR. The recruitment viewer is espacilly outdated for this faction (my point of view).
And to the unit recruitment. look in the recruitment viewer, it will give you at least a hint of what unit can be build where. I guess you just wonder why you can't hire those lvl1 spearmen in Sardis or however it be called - like me :sweatdrop: but I think, you can build native phalanxes on lvl3 mic there.

Think Pountus is kind of stuced between the borders of western and eastern recArea and topped of that between hellenic and more eastern native kind regional units. Got me? :clown:
