Making a General Officer

I downloaded KLAs Hannibal Barca model and textures, and would like to use this model only when Hannibal spawns in northern Italy in my mod (year 218 B.C.). Is there a way to do this? I have only been able to figure out how to use this model for all Carthaginian generals rather than only for Hannibal himself.:inquisitive:
