This is a repeat post from twcenter.net forums. I'm posting this here in hopes of getting a larger audience to review this issue.
I'm making my first mod from Vanilla RTW and it is going pretty well so far except this one glitch. No matter what faction I play I always get the following drop down messages, "Rome at War!" & "Julii start Civil War." It says this in the drop down messages at the beginning of a turn. However, no civil war is actually happening and all the Roman factions stay allied to one another. This normally only happens when one non-Roman faction declares war on another Roman faction. What have I done wrong to cause this to occur?
It is probably important to note that I have non-Roman factions set as super factions. For instance, Numidia is the superfaction for Carthage and Egypt; Parthia is the superfaction for Pontus and Armenia; Macedon is the superfaction for Greek_Cities, Seleucids, and Thrace; Britons are the superfaction for Dacia and Scthyia; Spain is the superfaction for Gaul and Germany. I did not edit the superfaction relationship for any of the Roman factions.
It is probably also important to note that the Julii are not at the top of descr_sm_faction as dvk901 had suggested this may be the cause of the Julii being blamed for civil war.
If anyone has seen this before or thinks they may know what could be causing this issue you input would be greatly appreciated.
