Is there any listing of the units you get with each building and the prereqs to get buildings anywhere? Ive got most of the guides i can download from here, but still have not found anything that shows the various levels of buildings you get and how to get them etc...thanks!

when you are in-game, you can look at the building browser.
it will list the upgrades at each city/castle level, and what they do.
