I hear rumours about how Warlord Ed is going to upgrade the looks of the game, improved graphics and so forth...

Is this true and will, if that be the case, the Mongol invasion include these improvments?

Anyone?

Warlord Edition = Original Game + patches 1.01, 1.11, 1.12 + patch 1.13 + Expansion Pack

Where patch 1.13 is the next one due for reverse compatibility between WE and p1.12 STW.

And Expansion Pack is the Mongol campaing, etc.

Clear as mud now?

Ahh, will mongol inv include 1.13?

It was all rumours that the graphics engine got an overhaul in WE then, eh?

Well WE and MI have the same new stuff in them. It is just that WE contains the original game with all the patches and also the MI expack.

But of course Anssi, although the question remains...
If the improvement isn't included in MI or in 1.13 but indeed in the WE...

I'd be interested in buying the whole package, that is WE, selling my STW...

I am again unclear over this issue...

The graphics overhaul is minor, but as far as people have been able to see from the reviews, it actually is present. The sprites on the tactical screen look ever so slightly better, and so forth. It might even be included in patch 1.13 (that was the word when the patch was originally announced, IIRC), but that doesn't matter as we're all going to buy MI anyway, yes? http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/wink.gif

Anything in WE is also in MI. Original + MI includes the changes in the 1.13 patch, thus making it is equal to WE.

Ok, as I understand...

If there is to be any enhanchments regarding to graphics, the MI will do that for STW. Outcome = STW + MI = WE
