Everytime I start EB it says that there is a error

here it is

Execution of command 'RomeTw.exe -mod:eb -show_error' failed
(error 2: the system cannot find the file specified

PLEASE HELP ME!

This suggests that you have made a mistake when installing EB. It would seem that EB is not installed in the correct location because the Trivial Script uses a preconfigured path to your RomeTW.exe which can only work if you have installed EB in the correct location.

See the installation guide (link in my signature); it is quite clear about what the correct location to install EB is. It also tells you about why you should not install RTW in Program Files, just in case you did.
