Consular Trait.

As i've noticed., why does this trait occasionally disappear over time? Unlike the Ex Preator and such which stay the consular trait has a habit of disappearing in my campaign:thumbsdown: This is more of an annoyance than a problem in my case. Has anyone else experienced this?

Consular dissapears?:inquisitive: I've never heard of this. That's kind of weird.
