Tech help for Oblivion game of the year edition

I installed this on my computer the other day, and have gotten pretty far considering how short ive been playing it. i just loove this game!!!

anyway, i went to install the second disc (which i admittedly should have done in the first place), and then cancelled it upon seeing it would take a while.
so then i try to run the 1st disc. it now says 'The Oblivion Launcher could not find the Oblivion game executable. Please reinstall Oblivion'.

Now, I guess i dont have a choice, but id like to know where to find my save games so i can simply re-install and start right where i was.

I should of gotten the PC version, there are a lot of cool mods for it. Instead I have the 360 version. Oh well.

yeah, i DLed this thing called 'Reneers Guard overhaul', which makes it so that if you get in trouble in one place, every single guard wont immediately come after you, and every citys guards wont arrest you. the reasoning is that they wouldnt know you did anything, and usually stealing isnt cause for an empire-wide alert.
