Faction Destruction Scroll [Archive]

Sorry if this is a re-post. Whenever a faction is destroyed the scroll is blank, it says the words, there's just no picture on the scroll. Now I know that may not be important for some people but it is to me. Is there a setting or something to fix this? Thanks.

Perhaps they don't think it is important.

The simplest answer would probably be that this bug has happened before, and you just need to find the file location for the image and put it in there. I've no clue where the folder is.

I think it's a bug, but not sure. When I play IBRR, sometimes the image goes blank too, I mean all scroll with image goes to white. It is solve when I exit the game and restart it. It might also be my memory or graphics problem too. But somehow I never encounter that problem in EB.
