This means I have to kill the roman emperor in order to complete the mission.
So I took my full stack and went straight to his location, it was Vienna. As you see in the pic I'm already sieging it.
But after taking the settlement (this includes the death of the emperor) I get this messege...

I also saved the moment before I took the settlement so I can re-do the mission.
Any solution?

P.S. Completing this mission is not really neccessary but I think it's a little strange to get this messege.

You have to assassinate him to succeed in the mission.

Invading their territory to kill him and taking it for your own is an act of war - Even to the Prince who wanted his Old Boy knocked off.

Thank you for the reply.

I guess I will not be able to complete it because my assassin with 9 stars(!) has only 5% chance to kill him.
So... back to the Crusade in Tolouse.

I have never had one of those missions before to be honest!:book:

You need to use an assassin against the character. Death in battle is not what was asked for.

Yeah... I already figured it out.

Btw to get these kind of missions you have to posses an Assassin's guild, so they give you missions.

Oh I see, well I'll be churning those killers then.

What I don't understand is how it is different from the original assassinate mission. Why put "Regicide" instead of "Assassination Mission?" I've had both so i'm officially confused!

Regicide means killing of a king. Rex = king in Latin. I guess it's cooler to say regicide than assassination of king :D
I never had a mission like this either, I guess you got it cuz your assassins are good, you have many of them, and posses a high-level thieves guild...
