Hi everyone =)
Been a long time since I last played RTW, but now I encountered a few 'problems' or questions:

1:
forums.totalwar.org/vb/showpost.php?p=1925179&postcount=496 (url-tag ain't allowed yet)

Do you have Barbarian invasion installed eliterun? That makes RTW version 1.3 instead of its original version 1.5. That also destroys the Superalliance features and makes it almost like a normal alliance. That could have an effect on the Romans.
What is Darkvicer98 talking about? And should I install patch 1.5 again?
(my install-order: rtw, patch 1.3, patch 1.5, bi, patch 1.6, alexander)

2:
Last time I played I could slowly advance/retreat my units with a "key"+mousewheel combo, without changing the facing of the unit, was nice for managing long lines of infantry, but I cannot find the key (neither options nor try & error). Tried both with Total War- and FPS-keymapping.
Does anyone know which key it would be or where I could activate it if necessary?

3:
From time to time I miss a unit stack with reserves or even more often agents (specially in settlements).
Is there a way to put governors (thus units which shall stay where they are) to "sleep" or something like that, so that the circling through units becomes more useful? or at least a hotkey for the various lists-scrolls?

4:
Personally I prefer to stretch out the line of scrimmage quite far, but would there be a way to scroll out even further on the battlemap? (currently ~1024x800 resolution, everything else on lowest quality)

thanks a lot in advance and sorry for shortened questions, but last time it bugged around and I lost the whole post :/

Right click in the tabs "Settlement", "Armies" and Agents pop up a list where you get the info you need.

If you install RTW vanilla it is patched to version 1.5 i presume, you can find out this by going into settings. By installing Barbarian Invasion it patches RTW to 1.3, and changes some of the gameplay, eg the Roman Superalliance. It is not required to patch it back to 1.5 but if you wish to play RTW normally then do so.

This depends on if you have BI installed. BI should be patched to v1.6.

When you install Vanilla RTW, its starts in the 1.0 version.

In response to question 4:
RTW is, I believe, supposed to be run on 1024x764 Dimensions.
