questions of a newbie

hello, I have bought MTW and I'm pretty good at it, but I've never played STW or any of the expansion packs, ok, heres my question, can I just buy the original and the last expansion pack, or do I need the first expansion pack to expand upon to buy the third expansion pack? http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cgi/emoticons/dizzy.gif (confusing myself here)

Just buy Shogun Totalwar Warlord Edition and that will solve all your problems. It is the latest edition that combines it all.
