If I try to use the preference.exe, than he say my, the file preference.txt is misssing.
I want to use it becouse I hate those little green arrows, the banners, and the minimal UI is important as well.
plz help my.

I think if you have a fresh install with there will be no preference.txt until you actually start a game, if it is a fresh install just try starting up a new game, it should create the file.

Failing that, editing preferences.txt is pretty straight forward, notepad and away you go.

Just by the way begri, ALL CAPS are generally reserved for simulating shouting or interacting with a MS-DOS prompt.
