If I try to use the preference.exe, than he say my, the file preference.txt is misssing.
I want to use it becouse I hate those little green arrows, the banners, and the minimal UI is important as well.
plz help my.

I can't help you get the Trivial Script to work, but these settings can be changed fairly easily in the preferences.txt file under <your RTW folder>/EB/preferences. The lines you are looking for are:
DISABLE_ARROW_MARKERS
SHOW_BANNERS
MINIMAL_UI
