Hotseat?

As probably most of you know there is a Hotseat mod for RTW.

Personally I havent got it to work on the vanilla game. Got through the first turn allright - but couldnt get it to work beyond that.

Has anyone used it succesfully on Europa Barbarorum?

Yeah, me with TruePraetorian, Hax, Subotan etc tried a game and got it past turn 3, but then AS got a lot of money.

I bet EB II will have that.... Hotseat campaign in Kingdoms is basically good...

But it would be better if we can get 2 comp / more will get option to Player vs Player battle.... no more pesky autoresolve

Yeah, me with TruePraetorian, Hax, Subotan etc tried a game and got it past turn 3, but then AS got a lot of money.

The AS was getting alot of money simply because of the amount of regions they had in their possession. I remember everyone getting confused but I edited the script myself and not even the slaves get mnai from ANY script.

The only other option was the AS player was cheating but it seems not to be the case.

With enough support I was thinking about taking a look at it again and see if I can't get it up and running...

I would love to join in. Have played loads of RTW but not so much Barbarorum. So could be fun starting with a faction I havent tried before.
Macedonia sounds fun :idea2:

Meh, alright then, I am sure there are more people also who just didn't feel like responding.

I will restart the minimod today from scratch and then I will personally test it for 10 years of a campaign to assure everyone that there are no errors (AS just really does make that much money).

Expect to see a new post about this in a day or two.
