Money doesn't sum up

Whenever I pass one season, the money doesn't sum up. It resets to the season's treasory. So, I can't build hospitals and stuff

See, if I have 3500 mnai in autumn, I can't keep it for winter. It's like if it's resetting to 0 every season and then it adds what I make per season.
