How can I reveal the whole map of Europa Barbarorum? ..to see all the regions and the empires

I have a similar question, how can you reveal other characters' and units' stats?

On campaign map press F1. Advisor comes up and then press Show me how button. This will toggle perfect spy command on and you can view other all the units. You can't view characters traits though.
