As in LOTR, each player should only post once in this thread, and edit that post to reflect changes.

This thread is meant for the Seneschal, so he has one place to look to get build orders, know whether he can move troops, etc. Restrictions on the Seneschal's abilities are not valid unless posted in this thread. You can also use this thread to allow certain other players to move your units, for convenience's sake or if you expect to be out of town, etc.

Best language to avoid having one's units disbanded is "not to be moved or disbanded".

Proper format is the same as in the last game.
