what difficulty level do u play in ur campiagn??. im about to start a campaign using he BI version i downloaded for EB. would putting battles on v/h be silly since the enemy would get huge bonuses???

They will get +7 to attack and morale, huge bonuses for something as delicately balanced as EB. Even the +4 bonuses on hard skew the battles noticeably. It's up to you though, if you find medium too easy give hard a go to see how you fare.

The recommended difficulty is VH campaign/M battle. I play that myself. Anything over M battle gives the AI artificial boni (to the point where in VH levies will be trampling over your elites). However, in VH campaign, the AI is known to be relentless in trying to destroy you (the human player). They will refuse a ceasefire even if you've reduced them to a backwater village with five stacks of your troops surrounding them.

thanks i just wanted to know what would be best option for difficulty in the fights. like most ppl i like a challenge but i dont like to have an unfair disadvantage so i think ill do it on vh/m.

Many players opt to follow "house rules" in order to experience a greater challenge without dealing with artifical AI boni.

If you want to roleplay, then the advised difficulty is M/M.
