CTD when starting the game

Hi, I've been playing the mod for some time now (and might I say it's the best mod I ever played, supreme work!), today I got myself a new PC with a large screen, lots of ram and the evil windows vista.

I drooled at the thought at playing EB at my new PC, and continued to install the latest version with patch, the 1.2 fixes, the force diplomacy mod and the instaler for playing EB with BI.

All was finished and installed just as instructed, separate folder outside of the programfiles folder, backup made etc. I started the game and the RTW screen popps up, then......... it goes back to vista, where the icons have become large, popps one more time to the RTW screen, before full CTD and a message saying:

unable to find skeleton 'fs_fast_gladius'


I looked around some more in this forum section, and found someone recommending to move the folder out of C:\user\username\ca to just C:\ca. No effect:sweatdrop:

I would be gratefull for some advice how to proceed.

Please forget this post, I feel incredibly stupid. Turnes out I've forgot to install 1.1 before patching with 1.2.

Let me use this opportunity to praise the mod one more time. As a dedicated hobby-historian, I have never enjoyed a game as much as Europa Barbarorum.
