I started a new thread instead of replying in the other one since it is already off-topic, and my post would have disappeared in the other OTT posts.

Problem: Pointy Legs

Solution: (Tested on XP)
1.ALT-TAB
2.Go To Desktop
3.Right-click mouse
4.Refresh
5.Go Back to game.

Ps. For those with minimal ram and/or processor step5. can take a long time(5 min or longer). If any activity is attempted i.e mouse clicking- there are chances of the game ctding or worse.
So any with less than 1GB ram shouldn't even breathe while reverting back to the game. :laugh4:

I had this problem and I found out all you have to do is check "Unit Shaders" on Video Settings

The above solution is for those with minimal systems, or those who are unable to play with higher graphical settings or are simply not bothered.

The beauty of my solution is that it requires no interruption to your game.

I had this problem a while ago, bought a new GPU a while ago and can run on high. Now I've just ordered a full on gaming rig, cant wait to put it together and max out RTW mods. 4 Gig of ram, and a 1 gig Graphics card will make the EB load times a thing of the past.

Have fun with your 20000 Pantodapoi vs 480 Spartans custom battles.

With all settings on minimum, as long as unit shaders option is enabled, legs will be rendered just fine.
