I have edited the descr_rebel_factions file by adding twenty units to each army listed in the file. I was hoping this would ensure that when a rebel army spawns that it does so with a full stack. However, after implementing this the results have not been impressive. The rebel armies still spawn with stacks of only four or five unit stacks. Is there anyone who knows what changes need to be made in order to ensure that the rebel armies spawn always spawn with a full stack?
