Can anyone please upload his descr_strat.txt please ?

I just modified my scr_strat.txt in my Rome total war\data folder to unlock and play the Carthage faction.. but somehow its not working.. everytime i start the campaign with carthage i get a black screen and nothing happens :( (the roman cams are playable as normal)

so i would like to ask if anyone can upload his working descr_strat.txt with carthage unlocked ?

I have RTW ver 1.5 + BI and Alexander.

thanks alot for uploading, Carthage campaign is working well now.
your modifications look the same as mine, only the spaces are different.. weird why mine hasn't worked.
