Has the feature been disabled? I can't seem to change my username, and its...*checks postcount* about time again. Or was it taken down during the hack a few months ago?

No, Gertrude/Rastapopulos was not banned at all. He was the worst troll in the history of these forums, but eh came out unscathed. He impersonated Appo, but the mods merely changed him back, without banning him. In any case, he has done things far worse than harmless impersonations.

You should be able to change your username yourself every 60 days, if memory serves. Unless that's been disabled since the last forum crash?
