I'm playing Casse now, had first Celtic reform, and level 3 MIC in Camulosadae but still don't have cavalry at all except for mercenaries.

Is it necessary to move to the Time of Soldiers to have Myrcharn available for recruiting?

Thanks.

P.S. In what provinces of Britain can I get naval bay? I don't have that option neither in Camulosadae nor in Ratae.

Need Time of Soldiers reform to get Myrcharn which seems somewhat silly considering they are already available as mercs.

Also you get a naval bay in the southwestern province of Britain (cant remember name) and also on the southern Irish province. Both support the second level of naval harbor.

Well, that's not realistic at all...

Unless you're trying to make it desperately hard for yourself.

Do you still bribe enemies?

You can also recruit Caledonian heavy cav in the North, but I dont know if that is regional or factional and if you need to be in any period.

I am pretty sure they are factional, but I also would like to know in which period they appear.
