How well do you know our benefactor? I thought some would find this interesting:

Ideally, a Tosa should be alert and fearless in defense of its den and pack, but loving and non-aggressive within the home environment and to strangers that its master is at ease with.

Well, it depends on which staffmember currently controls the Tosa Account.

Hmm ... maybe that's why "Tosa Inu" is such an unpredictable MP player--it's really Org staff playing musical taishos.
I should have known!

Well, if you see TosaInu play MTW, with loads of camels it narrows it down to 3 staff members.

The Tosa varies considerably in size, with the Japanese-bred dogs tending to be about half the size of those bred outside the country. The Japanese breed generally weighs between 80 and 120 lb (36,3 - 54,4 kg), while the non-Japanese breeders have focused on dogs that weigh from 130 to 200 lb
Japanese bred or not that's one big bow-wow. The Samurai must have road them in battle.:sweatdrop:

I was just wondering which of the Mithrandir accounts was posting here but my question has been answered.

No - that's me
It's certainly not me, I hate camels and I'm allergic to dogs.
I'm unique, I'm the only real Seamus Fermanagh!

There's a strong mod presence in this thread, anyway shame that dogs banned in the UK. Looks like a good breed when trained with the right owner and placed in a healthy environment.

Yeah, I asked TosaInu sometime long ago about his name, after finding out it was a breed of a dog. This is what he said (since Tosa's answer was not a PM, but a VM, I do not see why Tosa would rather keep this private):
Hello Aemilius Paulus,
You're correct. The breed is also called tosainu.
I needed a nick for a Westwood account in the 90's and almost anything was already taken. I didn't want a string of characters in front of my nick, so I thought another second. I like dogs, I like the breed, I like Japan, it was for a wargame, so tosainu. Capitalise the first character of the two syllables (easier reading, though some still prefer tosser, and to hint to computer coding practices): TosaInu.
Always used that nick since; sometimes I used Mr.Nubluck. That's because I have the skill to make very stupid mistakes followed a second later by an impossible headshot with the lousiest gun. That speaking name saved me from many gameserver bans.

TosaInu is from the Netherlands, plays MTW and STW, and is the Microsoft CEO in that country.

I see, I must have looked pretty silly recommending him to use more banners. Hey Tosa I meant well and thanks to destiny I am the perfect to bring you your coffee, EXACTLY how you like to drink it. I can also d aggressive expansion and hostile takeovers but who has any apreciation for the finer aspects of life nowadays. Civet right, black as the night with it's eye shut down. .
TosaInu is the Microsoft CEO of the Netherlands? :O
This thread should be deleted anyhow imho, as does the wiki entry.

Good question. Fragony, it is not as if we are discussing secret details about Tosa...

That would be Tosa #4
-Edit: No that's the Dalai Lama, the Netherlands MS CEO is Tosa #398

Anyone who has been here for a year or more knows it. But kids these days don't know anything it seems. I want to know which of the newbies to respect and which are scrubs.
