arty hotfix of 10/07 fixes strat. map choppiness...

I've played quite a few turns now after the 10/07 hotfix and it seems, strat map scrolling choppiness reintroduced by 1.4 & 1.5 is gone.

That is a menu and changed in 1.5.

I don’t know why the change, and it is a little buggish with techs running off the page.

It was kind of fixing what wasn’t broken...but may be now.

Fixed issue with some artillery shot typesIts awfully big for only listing that one fix O_o
Currently at 60% & 232MB downloaded...
I guess some other stuff that didn't quite make it to the 1.5 patch?

There are some different icons on minister and general traits. Other than that, things look and run very much the same for me, naval battles excepted.

Just had a fantastic battle against Great Britain too, finished with one half strength line infantry unit routing the last British unit, and over 1000 casualties on each side. Oh so close.

I restarted Steam and everything, but nothing happened!

I never saw the download for the last two patches (and the warpath campaign) either. Then again, I leave my home PC online while I am at work.
