For Health Class I have to do a poster that describes a method to reduce stress.

Ah, making posters for school. Reminds me of when my class was split into groups and we each had to make an anti-racism poster. My group drew a snooker table with the slogan "Life's not a game, don't pot the black".

Never ended up on the wall with the rest. :shrug:

I prefer RL hunting and fishing etc. I find that the concentration required to stalk the prey relieves me of whatever other stresses I have ( I don't even have to be successful for it to be effective).

Gaming works also, but it doesn't give the oppurtunity to produce anything other than stress relief.
