I have just finished Carthaginian military reform. I see new units in my barracks' panel but they're not available in my recruitment panel. Should I destroy my barracks and build new ones?

from the FAQ:

Q: I just got reforms but I didn't get new units.
A: You have to upgrade your MIC in order to get new units.

Thanks, but in the case of Carthage it doesn't work

Are you shure that you made your reform triggers? IIRC the units are listed on your recruitment list the entire game, you just can't train them until you made the reforms... Remember you need 5 level 5 MIC (iirc again:juggle2:) which you can build when you have a level 4 goverment, and not on any other

Yes I have five regional MIC 5 - in Lepki, Adrumeto, Ippone, Kirtan and Gadir

Don't you also need it to be 230BC and to control 3 Italian/Spanish settlements that you don't start with?
