It's only the second week on October, and I've awoken to 2 inches of snow and freezing point weather. This usually doesn't come for two more months! :dizzy2:

Anyone else having some odd stuff going on?

Summer never came :sweatdrop:

Sure it was hot, but the heat is usually more deadly... Perhaps thats because I was at home most of the time.

Still, it never reached 40 iirc, and it was unusually short.

It didn't rain when it was supposed to, and it started raining for 1 and a half weeks straight in the start of October when it is not supposed to rain.

It was 10 degrees (Fahrenheit) at 7:15 in the morning a week or so back in southeast Washington.

Which is outrageous - that's deep winter weather.

It has been bizarrely warm and sunny here for this time of year the past couple of days.

It's been awful weather in Montana, like Rabbit, 10 Degree Weather and a Foot of Snow has been the norm as of late.

Pretty ordinary here. Slowly getting warmer and the every now and then it gets a little colder when the wind blows from the south off the snow on the Snowy Mountains.

Yuck. That's bad even by my state's standards (for this time of year, that is). You definitely have this Minnesotan's sympathy.

Currently 37F & very wet *continuing this summer's pattern*. We had an inch of wet snow on the ground yesterday morning, but it melted off during the day. Get up in the hills south of Lake Erie and they have 3-4 inches of snow. Most of the leaves are still on the trees so a load of wet snow could cause a lot of damage to them and bring down powerlines. It seems earlier than normal, but it's not unprecedented.

The last week it has hovered around freezing with sleet, snow, & rain. It has been quite gloomy and the air has that feel it gets around the end of December.

In Southern California, we had a cold snap last week: 65-70F daytime. This week we're back to high 80's low 90's inland (where I live/work), 60's on the beaches.

I've been here 21 years now, as of this weekend. I still miss "winter".

Switzerland, VERY VERY COLD. In the mornings its like hovering around 0 degrees Celsius, and by noon its 15. This is lowland, by the big lake in the east.

In the mountains, it's been snowing for two days.

Beautiful fall day today, 50F with some strange bright yellow celestial body lighting up the sky. A good day to wash the siding on the house & string up those Christmas lights.

Trade yah some of yer "cold snap" fer some rainy/snowy winter, Kukri.:beam:

I'm watching the Day After Tomorrow.

By the gods, I hate that movie. It's so ridiculous...
I remember reading somewhere that the weather's been getting weird lately because of some kind of solar activity.
