How do I get Roman FM's elected to office?

I am trying to get the Marian Reform and I was wondering if their is any way I can help my FM's get elected Consul. Any suggestions?

You can never go wrong with a little military experience. Esp. for those already previously elected to office and looking to step up to praetor or consul. Also, try Konny's mod too. It makes it much easier for FM's to get elected to office and is a must have for all Roman campaigns
