Can't recruit Thorakitai Agematos Basilikou

I'm playing with Seleucids and am currently in year 210BC and although I've built last tier of barracks both in "Seleukeia" and "Antiocheia" ,But I can't recruit "Thorakitai Agematos Basilikou" ?! Note that I didn't triggered the Seleucid's Cataphract reform ,But as far as I know this unit does not relate to this reform ,Does it?

Yes they are linked to the reforms, did you remember to upgrade the baracks after the reforms appeared?

One doesn't have to upgrade the barracks after the reform. After your general got the trait "Intrigued by Kataphraktoi" it takes up to several years until the reform markers appear. That's what you need for the Thorakitai Agematos Basilikou.

Only as clarification: Before 1.2 the TAB didn't need the reform, but now they do.

Alright so they need the reform to be triggered just like Cataphrakts :p But I can't trigger the reform anymore ,Because Baktria ,Hayasdan and Pahlava already outlast by me so no hope. Can help me to edit the script file so the reform to be triggered without any condition? Thanks

this is the link. Anyhow there are a set of reforms called the cataphract reforms that are obatain by losing 2 large battles to catapharct using factions. After this rest your 2 different generals that lost these battles in nearby towns. <<<AFAIK this bit should help. All of this is on the other thread 2.

BTW ,I have two generals with the trait (using the cheat code) and now they've satnd besides the city of Baktria. Is it enough? and for how many turns should they stay there?

If they have the trait you should get the reforms after 5 years (20 turns).
